Lucila

Lucila is 56 years old and has epilepsy. She is under the care of her 66-year-old sister who is dedicated to the chores of her humble home. Although her convulsions and the severity of her condition are already better controlled, her medication produces hyperplasia gingival (gum overgrowth) and modifies the shape of the oral cavity and of the face.

Lucila retained only 6 natural tenths, which has made it more difficult for her part of the life of her food intake. Due to her limited economic resources, she had never been able to have access to oral rehabilitation.
