Guillerma

Guillerma is 66 and has been without teeth for more than 40 years. She has kept herself going by making tortillas and sometimes working in the fields. Five years ago she had a bad fall that fractured her left arm, and it has left her with severe pain and a deformity that makes her work difficult.

She is the mother of six children, who help her with what she needs when they can, though there has been little chance of her reaching dental treatment.

When she saw her finished prosthesis, Guillerma cried.
