Amado

Amado is 78 and, despite his age, keeps himself active and supports himself through fishing. A few years ago he had surgery on his eyes for cataracts that had almost left him blind.

On his limited income, he had not seen a dentist in 15 years.

At his dental check-up we found several broken and infected teeth that had come loose. He also has a serious problem with grinding (bruxism), and the wear has pushed his bite out of line. Several extractions were carried out and, after months of recovery, he received the dentures that will let him chew properly again.
