Doña Paula

Doña Paula is 64. She worked in agriculture, raised eight children and looked after her modest home. She is retired now and has no fixed income. She lives with one of her daughters and cares for her grandchild.

Along with severe dental problems, she has spent the past 15 years with intense dizziness, headaches and balance problems caused by vertigo, which has worn away at her quality of life.
